Vivamus Psychologists has expanded to the Brighton and Hove area. Dr. Helen Hughes is able to offer psychological assessment, counselling and therapy to individuals, couples and families in Central Brighton.

I am particularly interested in working with people with mood disorders, including mood instability, depression, anxiety, and those who self-harm and have difficulty tolerating intense emotions. I also work with people who have experienced trauma and loss.
