Bite Size sessions include:

Vivamus Brief Intervention Seminars (maximum 20 people)
Vivamus offers seminars that comprise a combination of a didactic and a more interactive approach. Brief Intervention Seminars typically last four hours and provide in depth focus on understanding and managing key issues surrounding:
These sessions incorporate a Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) approach and include relapse prevention techniques. Each attendee is provided with a comprehensive Information and Reference pack
Vivamus CBT Workshops (maximum 10 people)
Vivamus can run a range of workshops, typically lasting one full working day. The topics included in the workshops are the same as those included in the Brief Intervention Seminars, but the approach is rather different, with a greater emphasis on the use of Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT). Vivamus CBT workshops begin with a psycho-educational component aiming to increase understanding of common difficulties. The second part of the workshop takes a more experiential format, with group members putting into practice skills and techniques learnt throughout the day. Not only do these workshops aim to alleviate current issues, but also, they provide techniques to prevent the onset of new difficulties. A relapse prevention component is included to maintain gains. Each attendee is provided with a comprehensive Information and Reference pack.
All Vivamus interventions include a short form evaluation package. This involves a short report based on client feedback in terms of their satisfaction with the program(s) they attended. More detailed evaluations can be provided, these are described below:
Pre and Post Evaluation
This involves administering measures before and after the intervention aimed at measuring a shift in knowledge, attitudes, and skills. Descriptive statistical analysis is undertaken and a report based upon these findings is provided.
Pre, Post, and Follow Up Evaluation
This is a much more comprehensive approach to evaluation. In addition to monitoring a shift in knowledge, attitudes and skills, this approach aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the intervention(s) in terms of alleviating the extent to which people experience difficulties over a longer time frame. Typically, evaluation of this nature would involve, three, six month and/or one year follow up.
