My work is influenced primarily by Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness based approaches to help people to find new ways of responding to the difficulties that come their way. I have an interest in supporting people to ‘play to their strengths’ and to reconnect with their resilience and resources, in times of difficulty. My ultimate aim when I work with someone therapeutically, is to make myself redundant by supporting people to become their own therapists. I therefore predominantly work within a time-limited framework, generally seeing clients for no more than twenty sessions.
I work in Clapham Junction, London Victoria and Monument.
